Greenwood Country Club is an innovative project that offers
a new life style, surrounded by nature and at the same time
located at the heart of an area where important universities
of Panama City can be found, a few steps away from
Via Ricardo J. Alfaro, at the entrance of Residencial el Bosque.


Visualized as an expression of urban life, Greenwood Country
Club is a project ecologically friendly and sustainable that
frames the potential of an eco-centric development and
at the same time offers a progressive life style, with a futuristic
vision, expressing the feelings of the new generations.


CREATING HOMES SURROUNDED BY NATURE

At the heart of Greenwood Country Club, a grand private park
can be found of approximately 30,000 square meters, it is
the epicentre of this development, carefully designed with
the goal of offering an extensive variety of open and
recreational spaces, for every resident of Greenwood
Country Club and their guests.

This Park was designed together with the renowned Urbanist
Architect, Michael Flynn, Founder and director of M3Project,
graduate of Harvard University, and known worldwide for his
iconic works of landscape architecture in cities such as
London, New York and Las Vegas.

The design shows three main plazas: Plaza Mirador, Plaza
Recreative and Plaza Deportiva. Each one of these plazas
offers a series of programs and unique activities, led to satisfy
the likes of an exciting range of people, cultures and interests
of the future residents of Greenwood Country Club.
